Administration

The informal nature of the Southern Canals Association is reflected in the administration. There is no formal committee of management, the organisation is operated by two persons - the Chairman, and the Secretary. There is no Treasurer or Financial Officer. The Organisation is financed initially by cash supplied by the Chairman or Secretary and the costs incurred are recovered by an extra sum built into the fee charged for the spring and autumn visits, and the Winter Seminar.
